Executive Home

Executive Home
Summit County, Colorado
Located on about three acres of lovely wooded land, on a winding mountain road. The floor plan is open in nature and oversized windows give mountain views in all directions.
The architect for this project was Arthur Wise of the Denver area. Benson Builders worked extensively with him to make this very unique home an example of their work. A free standing fireplace opens into the living room and also the dining area. Eighteen foot plus ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen areas give a soaring feeling of space.
Clean, clear design is evident throughout the house, with the exterior fitting in a more traditional manner into the the Colorado landscape. Many plant ledges were used for display of personal possessions. Other unique features were incorporated into the house making it truly a one of a kind home.
